3)  Upon arrival of Public Safety, cooperate fully with any instructions given to you by Public Safety.

4)   Public Safety is required to obtain a copy of any document presented by the government official and inform Trident Technical College’s General Counsel regarding the presence and request of the government official.

5)   Do not take any steps to intentionally mislead or otherwise thwart the stated purpose of the government official.  Public Safety and Trident Technical College’s General Counsel will evaluate the documents presented by the government official and Trident Technical College’s resulting obligations under all applicable laws.
