Knife Skills

Take your cooking skills to the next level by learning to handle knives and make cuts like a professional. Also learn which knives should be used for which jobs and how to sharpen knives properly. Students may bring a few culinary knives from home to sharpen in class.

Thanksgiving Pie Workshop

Scared of pie crust? We've got your back! Spend some time in the bakeshop with one of our CIC Pastry Chefs! We'll walk you through the basics of pie dough and pie baking. Learn to make flakey, butter pie dough and three delicious pies! You'll go home with a double crust apple pie, a pumpkin pie, and a bourbon pecan pie! Tell the family to save room for dessert!
