Grants

The grants office does not offer funding directly to students; those services are provided by TTC's Financial Aid office or the TTC Foundation.

The grants office is the focal point for grant activities at the college. Staff assist college employees through all stages of developing competitive grant proposals and also manage the proposal submission process. When grant funds are received, grants office staff provide project personnel with training and support to ensure successful grant implementation and outcomes.

Maintaining strong relationships with community organizations is also an important function of the grants office, particularly in fostering collaborative and mutually beneficial project partnerships.

The grants office typically raises approximately $3 million annually, and funds are most often used for curriculum development or enhancement, equipment and supply purchases, scholarships, student supportive services, and special projects.
