Area Commission
Trident Technical College is governed by a nine-member area commission comprised of three members each from Berkeley, Charleston and Dorchester counties. Commission members are appointed by the governor upon the recommendation of the legislative delegations in Berkeley and Charleston counties and by the county council in Dorchester County.
