TTC currently operates under the 2023-2028 Strategic Plan.

This plan has three themes, and each theme has multiple goals and action items identified.

Theme 1: Student Achievement

Theme 2: Student Experience

Theme 3: TTC Community

Each spring, an annual strategic plan report is produced which measures outcomes for each goal, assesses the overall status of the strategic plan, and identifies new action items or measurable outcomes.
